Cancellation

Any request for a change or cancellation of reservations must be made in writing, via email or fax , the date is important for the application of our cancellation policy:

From 15 days to 7 days before check-in day: you will be charged 50% of the entire stay.

From 7 days till the day of check-in or no show: you will be charged 100% of the entire stay.

You will have to pay the entire stay also if you have a delayed arrival or early departure.

Attention
