Obligatory to leave the cooking place clean at the end of the occupancy.
Air conditioning/Heating euro 10,00 per day.
Check in at “Hotel Rigoli” between 16.00 and 20.00 on the day of arrival;
check out between 08.00 and 10.00 on the day of departure.

An advanced payment of 30% of the total price by:

The rest 70% on arrival day (cash)
In case of cancellation the deposit will be refound as follow:
until 45 days before arrival 100%
until 30 days before arrival 50%
after these terms you won't receive any money back
A deposit of Euro 100,00 will be requested on the day of arrival and it will be returned at the end of the occupancy, under deduction of any cleaning charges incurred and the cost of replacing any items which are found to be missing or broken.
